  1. Nature of Our Products

All products manufactured by GWI are:

  • Custom fabricated
  • Made-to-order
  • Designed based on client-approved drawings/specifications
  • Produced using manual and mechanical fabrication processes

Due to the nature of SS and MS fabrication:

  • Slight welding marks, grinding textures, and brushing patterns are natural.
  • Minor dimensional tolerances (1–10 mm depending on scale) are acceptable industry standards.
  • Hand-finished surfaces may vary slightly from samples.

These characteristics are not considered defects.

  1. Quotations & Pricing Policy

4.1 Validity of Quotation

  • Quotations are valid for a limited period (typically 7–15 days unless specified).
  • SS and MS prices are subject to market fluctuation.
  • Prices may be revised if raw material rates change after quotation validity.

4.2 Price Inclusions

Unless specified, quotations include:

  • Fabrication cost

GWI will not be responsible for:

  • Errors in dimensions provided by client

Any revision after approval may incur additional cost and timeline extension.
